To work for the welfare of the members of the Association in a peaceful manner.
To uphold in every way the dignity and honour of the Nursing Profession.
To promote a sense of esiprit de corps among ax nurses.
To promote high standard of health care and nursing practice.
To advance professional, educational, economic and general welfare of nurses.
To enable members to take council together on matters affecting their profession.
To elevate nursing education and to raise the standard of training.
To strive to bring about a more uniform system of education, examination, certification and registration.
To donate or subscribe to, or otherwise aid any other institution or organisation in or outside India, connected with nursing.
To promote and provide for welfare of and to give relief by grants of money; or other aid, or otherwise as the association may think fit.
To generate funds for the fulfillment of the aims and objectives of the association.
To maintain cordial relations amongst the members of the association.
To maintain the cordial relations between the faculty and the association.
To undertake such steps and plans and execute such schemes and projects which may be in the interest of the members of the association.
To approach the concerned authorities for providing, better emoluments and facilities, such as canteen, mess, entertainment and recreational and housing etc.
To provide good quality and hygienie food to the members of the association at reasonable rates.
